The LG RH90V9PV8N is a front loading tumble dryer with a 9kg drying capacity. It uses a dual inverter heat pump instead of a heating element, so clothes dry at a lower temperature and the moisture is collected as water inside the machine. An empty water indicator on the LED display tells you when the tank needs emptying.

The cabinet measures 600mm wide and 850mm high, the standard gap next to a front loading washer, and the levelling legs let you settle it on an uneven floor.

Key Features

  • A full load of laundry dried indoors. 9kg drying capacity, with Sensor Dry and LoadSense reading the load and stopping when the clothes are dry rather than running a fixed time.

  • Set it going before you get home. ThinQ Wi-Fi with Remote Start, cycle monitoring, energy monitoring, Smart Diagnosis and downloadable extra cycles.
  • Settings for the things you actually dry. Cotton, Cotton+, Mixed Fabric, Towels, Duvet, Wool, Delicates, Sportswear, Allergy Care and Speed 30, plus a Rack Dry programme for items that should not tumble.

One dial for the programme and separate touch keys for dry level, delay end and anti crease, so you are not hunting through menus.

The door is reversible, so it can be hinged to open away from a wall or a neighbouring machine. Child Lock keeps the settings safe from small hands, and the drum light shows up dark socks left at the back. The machine weighs 56kg and needs 1115mm of clearance from the back when the door is open 90 degrees.
